Te Puke Kiwi Coast

We are known as the "Pink Ladies" in the community of Te Puke. We are a group of enthusiastic ladies who fundraise and enjoy giving service and support within our community and beyond.  Social meetings and camaraderie are also vital aspects of our club.

Kiwicoast Lions was chartered in 1992 (Lioness for the previous 8 years) with members from a wide range of the community. Support for local youth leadership courses, school projects, local, district and national service organisations indicates the width of our service.

Fundraising is done through a variety of events such as our annual book fair, (2018 Book Fair  in June) fashion parades, cookbook launches, Pig in Barrow Xmas Raffle. Support is given to street appeals, knitting of blankets for the needy, reading in primary schools, meals on wheels and catering; so there is plenty for members to be involved in.

If you have recently moved to Te Puke and would like to meet a group of active ladies who enjoy companionship and the Lions motto "We Serve" then join with us. Contact Pauline Germany, 573 8256 for membership or President Ann Jones 573 9790.
